Benefits of Fasting for Health


Fasting gives a positive contribution to health. Some studies have also shown the effects of fasting on some disease which is caused by lifestyle such as hypertension, cholesterol, gastritis, diabetes, and obesity.

Some of the benefits of fasting are:

* Reducing the workload of the digestive tract
