The Oldest Competing Bodyduilder in The World
GUINNESS World Records believes superstar muscle man Ray Moon is the oldest competing bodybuilder in the world. The Thornbury man, who was turn 80 in 2009, has won four Victorian and Australian bodybuilding competitions and is tipped to become the oldest bodybuilder on the globe.
The pensioner only began bodybuilding six years ago and does five strength and cardio training sessions a week, including 4km on the treadmill and 45 minutes of weight training. "I'm nowhere nearly as good as these fellows who are 50 or 60. But age is no barrier. Life is what you make it."

The Youngest Bodybuilder in The World
Giuliano Stroe (born 18 July 2004) is a six-year-old bodybuilder and gymnast of Romanian descent. Giuliano Stroe has been lifting weights since he was two-years-old in Florence, Italy where his family lives.
In 2009, he was recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records after setting the record for the fastest ever ten metre (33 feet) hand-walk with a weight ball between his legs. Stroe performed the stunt in front of a cheering live audience on an Italian TV Show, and has become an Internet sensation as hundreds of thousands of people have watched the clip of him performing the stunt on YouTube.

Noel Daniels of Wellington discovered this one month old two-headed South African Tortoise in the Western Cape in 2003. Some time ago I photographed some small dragonflies in the backyard. Some of the pictures shows the dragonflies are perched with a tail to the top. A Flower Fly in The Garden
I just know now that there are flies that prefer to feed on the flowers. I thought it was just the bees and butterflies are like that.
When I was in the garden with my neighbors, I saw a flying insect that was perched on a flower. At first I thought it was a bee because of its size is big enough. Its body was larger than the size of a house fly several times. When I take a closer look, it turns out that the flying insect is a FLY!!

Fantastic! That's what happened on the video lipsync "Keong Racun" Sinta-Jojo. Only a month since the video was uploaded to YouTube on 18 June 2010, this video managed to get a million hits on YouTube and become the attention of facebookers and Twitter. And in early August 2010, this video gets more than 2 million hits. It's really a very fantastic!!! Number of hits or a very high open view like that usually only owned by famous artists within three months on YouTube.

Lee Priest Physical Transformation
Lee Andrew Priest McCutcheon nicknamed "The Blond Myth" was born July 6, 1972, in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. Lee Priest started weight training since the age of 13 and won his first three bodybuilding shows later at the same age.
