I do not think I could be this close to a beautiful small skipper butterfly I met in the backyard at home in Jonggol, West Java. Perhaps this skipper butterfly was tired, so it does not move when I approached it and stuck my index finger toward it. I do not believe it when I could be so close to it. My finger was so close that it almost can touch it and the skipper butterfly still did not move. But in the end it had flown away when my finger was too close and touch it ... bye bye a beautiful small skipper butterfly.

Interspecies Sex Between A Tiger and A Lion
I never knew before that there is interspecies sex betwen a tiger and a lion that can produce offspring.
I've already heard before about the mule that is the offspring resulting from the breeding of a male donkey and a female horse. But about Ligers (lion + tiger) or Tigons/Tiglons (tiger + lion), I just found out now. I think this is a pretty great thing, although this may only occur in captivity.

Lee Priest Suggestion for Teenage Bodybuilding Workout Routines
Lee Priest nicknamed "The Blond Myth" is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. At 5 feet 2 inches tall Lee Priest is one of the shortest professional bodybuilders.
Lee Priest was 13 when he started working out and won his first three bodybuilding shows later at the same age.
As he said in FLEX magazine, the one thing he want to emphasize to teenage bodybuilders is to be patient. “You’re just starting to grow. Right now, you look at everyone else and think that nothing’s happening to you, but you must give it time. You can work at other sports, such as football or basketball, for a year or two and become a quite good, but bodybuilding is a long-term sport. Some pros have been training for 10 to 12 years and are only now beginning to acquire the right physique. Stay at it, and it will happen.”
Here is Lee Priest suggestion for teenage bodybuilding workout routines:
Chest: Flat and Incline bench presses, Flat or Incline flyes; five sets each, eight to twelve reps
Shoulders: Behind-the-neck presses, Standing dumbbell lateral raises, Bent-over lateral raises; four sets each, eight to twelve reps
Triceps: Pushdowns, Dips, Overhead extension (either barbell or dumbbell), Close-grip bench presses. Pick three of these and do four sets each, eight to twelve reps
Biceps: Concentration curls, Barbell and Incline dumbbell curls; six sets each, eight to twelve reps
Back: Chins, Pulldowns, Seated rows; four sets each, eight to twelve reps (incidentally, the heavier you lift on all your compound free-weight exercises for other muscle groups, the more they will help build your back)
Legs: Leg extensions, Squats, leg presses, Lying leg curls, Stiff-leg deadlifts; four sets each, eight to twelve reps
